Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains when returns and refunds apply. Please read it carefully before ordering.

Change of mind

Because of the nature of our products and our supply process, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind — for example, if you decide you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size, or found it cheaper elsewhere. Please choose carefully and review product details and sizing before completing your order.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not the item you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy. Contact us at hello@perfecttitanium.com within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • a description of the issue, and
  • clear photos of the item and any damage or fault.

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll arrange — at our discretion and at no cost to you — a replacement, or a refund of the affected item. Where a return of the item is required, we'll provide instructions; please don't send items back before contacting us.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. For customers in Australia:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These rights apply in addition to anything stated in this policy.

Rights of customers outside Australia

Customers in other countries may have rights under their local consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law in your jurisdiction.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at hello@perfecttitanium.com. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the terms above.
