Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Perfect Titanium. This policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times
We ship to customers in the United States and select international destinations.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak periods.
Our shipping commitment
We will dispatch your order within the processing time stated above. If, for any reason, we cannot ship your order within 30 days of your purchase, we will notify you by email and offer you the choice of:
- continuing to wait for the item, or
- cancelling your order for a full refund.
This commitment reflects our obligations under the US FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Lost, delayed, or stuck tracking
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, contact us at hello@perfecttitanium.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer, but contact us as soon as possible and we'll help where we can.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes levied by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
