Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of perfecttitanium.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Retale (ABN 30 638 509 163) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site.
2. Products, pricing & availability
We aim to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update prices, and limit or cancel quantities at any time, including after an order is placed. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may exclude taxes and shipping.
3. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.
4. Shipping & delivery
Shipping timeframes and our dispatch commitments are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, but we remedy faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, and we honour all non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Product use, claims & disclaimers
Our products are general consumer kitchenware. Information on the Site — including any references to materials, research, or studies — is provided for general information only and is not health, medical, or safety advice. While we describe our products accurately and base any factual claims on credible sources, we make no guarantee that any product will produce a particular health outcome. Use products in line with the care instructions provided.
Titanium is a hard metal but is not indestructible or "scratch-proof"; normal use may produce light surface marks, which are cosmetic and expected.
7. California Proposition 65 notice

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to infringe the rights of others.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law and any other rights you have that cannot be excluded, our total liability arising from any product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Where you are a consumer in another country, you may also have the benefit of mandatory protections under your local law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
