Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the "Win the Value of Your Order Back" monthly promotion (the "Promotion") operated by the Promoter. By entering, you accept these Terms in full.

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Retale (ABN 30 638 509 163), trading as Perfect Titanium, Queensland, Australia. Enquiries: hello@perfecttitanium.com.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with the Promotion are not eligible.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. How to enter

  • Enter by submitting your email address and phone number via the Promotion sign-up form at perfecttitanium.com during the relevant entry period.
  • Only one entry per person per calendar month. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.
  • Entries are free. Standard data charges from your carrier or provider may apply.

4. Entry period & draws

  • The Promotion runs as a series of monthly draws. Each entry period runs for one calendar month, closing at 11:59pm AEST on the last day of that month.
  • One (1) winner is drawn per calendar month.
  • The draw is conducted at random from all valid entries received during that month, at the Promoter's business address in Queensland, within seven (7) days of the entry period closing.
  • Entries do not roll over. Each month is a fresh draw; you may enter again in a new month.

5. The prize

  • The prize for each monthly draw is a refund to the value of the winner's qualifying order placed with Perfect Titanium, up to a maximum of AUD $500.
  • If a winner has not placed an order, or has no qualifying order, the prize will be a Perfect Titanium store credit or product to the value of AUD $150 at the Promoter's discretion.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash beyond the refund of an amount actually paid.
  • Total maximum prize value across all draws is limited to one prize per month.

6. Winner notification

  • Each winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details provided, within seven (7) days of the draw.
  • The winner must respond to claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw.
  • The Promoter may publish the winner's first name and state (e.g. "Sarah, QLD") for winner-verification purposes. By entering, you consent to this.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected is used to conduct the Promotion and, where you have consented, to send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time. Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your details with unrelated third parties.

8. General

  • The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms.
  • The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to any applicable law.
  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
